Environment & Character Design Exploration
My work in oil painting serves as both a creative foundation and an extension of my digital practice in game development. Through a series of original paintings, I’ve explored worldbuilding, environmental storytelling, and character identity in a traditional medium — applying the same principles used in concept art and visual development.
These pieces demonstrate:
Environment design with a focus on mood, light, and atmosphere — essential for establishing compelling in-game worlds.
Character-focused compositions that explore costume, gesture, and archetype through expressive brushwork and form.
